We marked our first milestone in the capital market when we were appointed as legal counsel for Safetyware Group Berhad, an integrated safety and health solutions provider involved in the manufacturing and distribution of safety and health products. Safetyware Group Berhad was successfully listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia on 9 September 2022.
Building on this momentum, we acted as due diligence solicitors for Oxford Innotech Holdings Berhad in its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 29 July 2025, a group of companies providing integrated engineering solutions, including engineering components, mechanical assemblies, and automation systems.
Presently, we are engaged as due diligence solicitors for an ICT solutions company preparing for its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
Our scope of work includes conducting comprehensive legal due diligence, which entails a detailed review of the company’s corporate structure, key contracts, assets, liabilities and internal policies including interviewing promoters, board of directors, key management personnel, major customers, and major suppliers. We provide legal support for corporate restructuring exercises required for the listing, amongst others drafting of corporate restructuring agreement. We have experience in drafting long term incentive plan by-laws comprising of employee share option scheme and employee share grant scheme, prospectus and the preparation and reviewing of all necessary legal documentation for submission to regulatory authorities.
