We marked our first significant milestone in the capital market legal services sector when we were appointed as legal counsel for Safetyware Group Berhad. The company is principally engaged in providing integrated safety and health solutions, with its business covering the manufacturing and distribution of safety and health products. We provided comprehensive legal support throughout the listing exercise, successfully assisting Safetyware Group Berhad in its listing on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia on 9 September 2022
Building on this successful experience, we further expanded our capital market practice and were appointed as due diligence solicitors for Oxford Innotech Berhad.The group is principally engaged in providing integrated engineering solutions, including engineering components, mechanical assemblies and automation systems. Through our close collaboration with all relevant parties throughout the listing exercise, Oxford Innotech Berhad was successfully listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 29 July 2025.
Continuing this momentum, we are currently acting as due diligence solicitors for Pentech Holdings Berhad for its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, which is tentatively scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. Pentech Holdings Berhad is principally involved in providing enterprise ICT solutions, including ICT infrastructure integration, hardware and software supply, as well as cloud, managed and digital transformation services. In addition, we are presently providing specialised due diligence legal services to a construction solutions company as well as an electronic component manufacturing enterprise in preparation for its proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
In the course of handling listing exercises, our legal services encompass comprehensive and in-depth legal due diligence and listing support.
