WAN CHIN obtained her LL. B (Hons.) degree from the University of Malaya in 1999. She was admitted to the Bar in the year 2000. From a legal assistant in MESSRS WONG-CHOOI & MOHD NOR, she worked her way up to being a partner from year of 2002 until 2009. She then joined MESSRS LIO & PARTNERS as a partner where she single-handedly started two (2) branches under her leadership in MESSRS LIO & PARTNERS until April 2017.

YEOW KHOON is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honorable Society of KING’S INNS, Republic of Ireland and holds a Bachelor-of-Laws (Hons.) degree from UNIVERSITY OF WALES, CARDIFF. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 28th October 2000 when he practiced as a Legal Assistant in MESSRS BAN ENG ANUAL & FOONG. YEOW KHOON heads the civil litigation department. He was counsel in a number of trials and hearings reported in the Malaysian law journal. He specialises in contract law, corporate and commercial disputes where he appeared at all levels of the court.
YEOW KHOON has extensive experience involving corporate and commercial advisory work. He has been involved in restructuring of companies, takeover and merger of companies, commercial agreements and venture capital where he advised and drafted agreements in relations thereto.
